Do I have to register to do my shopping in ToqueStore?
No, it is not required. Simply choose the product you want and add it to the cart.
How do I pay for my purchases? It is safe?
You can pay by credit card or Paypal.
Is VAT included in prices?
All products carry the VAT applied either 10% or 21% depending on the product. Or the one that corresponds to the delivery country, in the invoice you receive with the order you'll find the breakdown of taxes.
How can I estimate the transport costs?
Our system automatically calculates the cost of transport according to the gross weight of the package and the shipping destination. Anyway, find a quick list here:
Mainland Spain: 4,95€ (only in this case, free shipping for orders of 50€) TIPSA.
Balearic Islands: 4,95€ (only in this case, free shipping for orders of 50€) SEUR.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15€ (up to 30 kg; It includes custom fees) SEUR.
Andorra: 8€ (up to 10kg) TIPSA.
France, Austria, Luxembourg: 13€ (up to 5 kg) 15€ (5 -15 kg) and 17€ (more than 15kg) SEUR.
Belgium, Holland, Italy, Portugal, UK, Germany: 20€ (up to 15kg) SEUR.

I have a business and I need the invoice. Can I have the official bill?
If you need an invoice, you just have to indicate it when ordering in the "comments" section, incorporating the VAT number of the company.

Where do send the products from?
All our products are shipped from our production plant located in Novelda, Alicante (Spain).
How much does it take to receive my order?
Once the order is prepared, the package leaves our facility and it is delivered between 24 and 48 hours later (in the case of orders that goes to mainland Spain). For international orders, the estimated time is between 3 and 10 days. In any case, you can always know where is your order through the 'tracking' system that we offer.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, you can check it our in the question about "transportation costs".
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
If you see any damages in the package, please do not accept the delivery and indicate to the carrier the reason for rejection.
If the product is not in good conditions or it has expired, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within less than 14 calendar days from receiving the order, indicating what the incidence, the batch number indicated in the product and also if you want a picture of it. We will contact you to process the return and offer you the most agile solution.
In both cases Verdú Cantó Saffron Spain, SL will assume the cost of return shipping.
What if I get something that I have not ordered?
To err is human, to rectify divine. So if you get something you did not order, just contact our Customer support department via (+34) 965 60 00 78 from Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm or email email@example.com within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receiving the order, clearly indicating the order number and the incidence.
