Mace
A mace is the shell around a nutmeg. It’s dryed and pressed naturally which gives a sort of amber or pink petal. It has a slightly bitter flavour and aroma.

Combines with: g’vine, citadelle, seagram’s, larios 12, martin miller’s, bloom, the botanical’s, pink 47, spiced rums.
How to use: add a few petals for decoration. If you want to use it to make a drink or a cocktail, it is better to grate or macerate a portion of mace and then mash it before you put it in the glass to capture all of the aroma.
